The International Spanish Olympiad will take place in the summer 2024 in Puerto Rico. Additional to the quiz competitions the students and parents get the chance to do sightseeing and cultural events. Here are possible activities listed:

- Castillo San Felipe del Morro (known as El Morro)
- Castillo San Cristóbal
- Parque de Bombas, historical former fire station in Ponce -> Ponce’s Historic City Centre
- Casita Miramar, restaurant with typical food
Other Events and Sightseeing
- The Old San Juan with over 500 historic buildings; old castles, churches, sqaures, shops, restaurants and cafes
- Beaches and bays like the Flamenco Beach and the Bioluminescent Bays
The El Yunque National Forest- El Conquistador Resort; Coqui Water Park
- Camuy River Cave Park – cave system in Puerto Rico
- Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve – lighthouse
- Surfing and whale watching at Rincon
- Indian’s Cave – impressive cave surrounded by cliffs
